The rashguards are full-colour sublimated on GRS-certified recycled fabric (85% recycled polyester, 15% elastane), UPF-tested for sun protection and OEKO-TEX certified, then cut and sewn in our own facility in Aiud, Romania. What can we claim about sun protection?
Our rashguard fabric is UPF-tested, so you can say “UPF-tested sun protection”. Put a UPF number on your hangtag only with the test report behind it; ask us for the details with your quote.
An Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) number on a hangtag needs a lab test of the garment. In Europe that is EN 13758-1 (test method) and EN 13758-2 (classification and marking); Australia and New Zealand use AS/NZS 4399. UV protection can drop when fabric is stretched or wet, which matters for tight-fit rashguards. We share the test details for our fabric with your quote, so your label claim is backed.
What can we claim about recycled content?
State the composition and the certification: “85% recycled polyester, GRS-certified fabric”.
Since 27 September 2026 the EU rules on green claims (Directive (EU) 2024/825) restrict generic environmental claims such as “eco-friendly” that can’t be substantiated. Specific, certified facts are the safe route. We state the composition per garment rather than a blanket recycled claim for a whole range, and we make no claims about where the recycled material was collected.
The Process
How does private-label swim rashguard production work?
You send a brief, we develop or adapt the style, you approve a sample, and we produce in Aiud 2.5–4 weeks after artwork approval.
Send a tech pack, a drawing, a reference sample or pick one of our existing cuts. Add your logo and artwork (vector if possible: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), quantities and your launch date.
We develop the pattern for your style. Product development is a paid service per style, and part of the fee is refunded once the style reaches volume. New colourways or artwork on a developed style don’t need a new development.
New styles and bulk runs get a physical sample. You approve fit, colours, logo placement and sizes before production.
Printed, cut and sewn in our own facility in Aiud, Romania, ready 2.5–4 weeks after artwork approval, bulk included.
We keep your pattern and artwork on file, so the next drop is made to the same approved spec.

What is the minimum order?
From 1 piece on our existing rashguard cuts.
- Existing cuts: from 1 piece, so you can test a design, shoot a campaign or restock a single size.
- Your own developed style: the minimum depends on the fabric and colour, and we confirm it in your quote.
- Bonded or glued seams: from 300 pieces.

Who owns the pattern, and will you sign an NDA?
We keep the pattern on file for your reorders, and you can buy it if you want to own it.
We do not resell or reuse client-specific patterns. If you want an NDA before you share designs, send a short English NDA and we will review and sign it.
Will colours match between drops?
We match to your Pantone or colour code, you approve a physical sample, and we keep the approved files for every reorder.
Slight colour differences can occur because sublimation ink absorbs into the fabric. Screens also show colour differently from fabric, so the approved sample is the reference, not the screen. One honest limit of sublimation: a sublimated black is never quite as deep as a pre-dyed black fabric. We tell you before you approve, not after.
