We can start from a lot of inputs — but production needs clear, usable files.
This checklist tells you what to send for a fast quote, an accurate sample, and a clean first production run.

Artwork requirements (catalog & teamwear styles)
- Logos & text in vector whenever possible (Adobe Illustrator, EPS, SVG, or PDF with outlines).
- Use our templates for the style you’re ordering — find PDF / Illustrator templates under Products → [style] → templates on the website.
- Provide colour references (Pantone where critical; otherwise we’ll align to our sublimation colour process).
- Mark placement clearly (chest, sleeve, leg, back numbers, etc.).
- If you only have a raster mockup (PNG/JPG), send the highest resolution you have plus vector logos separately.
AI mockups: useful to show the look you want. We still need vectors (or redraw) and placement on our production templates before we cut and print.
Tech packs — when you need one
A proper tech pack matters when you’re building a new style or need us to assess fit and construction accurately.
A usable tech pack typically includes:
- Flat sketches (front/back) with callouts
- Construction notes (seams, elastics, zippers, binding)
- Measurement chart / size grade (or base size + grading intent)
- Bill of materials (fabric, trims)
- Artwork placements mapped to panels
- Reference photos or a physical sample if available
What we reject or can’t quote accurately from:
- AI-only packs with invented measurements
- Moodboards with no construction or size data
- Mockups that don’t map to real panels/templates
Don’t have a tech pack? You can still start:
- From a reference garment
- From a sketch + brief
- From an existing developed style in our range

Development package vs catalog style
- Catalog style: pick a style we already produce → artwork on templates → sample → bulk/on-demand.
- New construction: development package (commonly discussed around €400/style ex VAT for a full path; see current packages on the site) → pattern + sample → then production pricing.
How to send files
Email hello@sportswearoftomorrow.com with:
- Sport / product type (e.g. rashguard, cycling jersey)
- Estimated quantities (sample vs bulk)
- Size run
- Artwork + templates (or tech pack / reference sample note)
- Deadline if any
FAQ
Do you need vectors? Strongly preferred. We can advise if something must be redrawn.
Can you put our AI mockup on your template? We can use it as a visual brief. Production still needs template-ready artwork and usable logo files.
Where are the templates? On the website under Products → [your style] → templates.
Is an AI tech pack OK? No — not for fit assessment or production quoting. Use a real tech pack, a reference sample, or our development process.
