Performance fabrics built for sublimation — including recycled options as standard.

We specialise in polyester-based, sublimation-ready sportswear fabrics. That means vibrant, durable, all-over print — and materials you can explain honestly to your customers.

What sublimation needs

Sublimation works on polyester (and high-polyester blends). Ink turns to gas and bonds with the fibre — so prints don’t sit on top like a screen print and crack off. Cotton and most natural fibres are not sublimation candidates for our process.

Recycled & certified options

  • Recycled polyester from GRS-certified supply chains — available across product types
  • OEKO-TEX certified inks and materials in production
  • Bio-based and textile-to-textile (T2T) options where agreed for the program
  • Certificates available on request for brand / retail compliance

We don’t use vague green claims — only materials and processes we can back up.

Elastane / stretch

Many performance styles use polyester with elastane (or similar stretch) for fit and recovery — rashguards, cycling bibs, compression-oriented pieces. Stretch percentage and fabric weight are confirmed per style on the quote and sample.

In-stock fabric service

We keep a range of EU-sourced, sublimation-ready recycled fabrics ready for production (cycling, running, team sports, and more). See the live stock list on our recycled fabrics page — or ask us to recommend a fabric for your sport.

How we help you choose

Tell us:

  1. Sport and garment type
  2. Hand-feel priority (light / mid / compression)
  3. Sustainability requirement (recycled only, GRS, T2T interest)
  4. Print coverage (logos only vs all-over)

We’ll match fabric to construction — or start from a reference garment you already like.

FAQ

Can you sublimate on cotton? No — our sublimation workflow is polyester / high-polyester based.

Are all recycled fabrics the same? No. Weight, stretch, opacity, and certification differ. We confirm the exact fabric before sampling.

Can I supply my own fabric? Sometimes — ask via the “your fabrics / your trims” development path; minimums and testing may apply.
