Sustainable fabrics are available as an option, not a marketing requirement. Recycled polyester and lower-impact materials can be selected depending on performance needs. Material choice affects MOQ and lead time — all agreed before sampling begins.
We stock a range of certified recycled fabrics for immediate use — including GRS-certified recycled polyester, elastane blends, and specialist technical fabrics. No vague sustainability claims — only verifiable, certified materials.

What does Sportswear of Tomorrow do for sportswear brands?
Sportswear of Tomorrow manufactures custom sublimated sportswear for brands, under the brand’s own label. We develop your own style or customise one of our existing cuts, then print it by sublimation and cut and sew it in our own factory in Aiud, Romania. We have made custom sublimated sportswear there since 2002, and there are no partner factories.
Can you make sportswear under my own brand?
Yes, we make private-label sportswear with your artwork and your labels, and none of the garments carry our branding. We handle the pattern, sublimation printing, cutting and sewing in our own factory in Aiud, Romania, so one factory handles your style from the first sample to every reorder.
How does ordering work?
You send a brief, approve a digital mockup and, for new styles and bulk runs, a physical sample, and we then produce your order 2.5 to 4 weeks after artwork approval. Your brief can be a tech pack, a reference garment or one of our existing cuts with your artwork. Your quote confirms the minimum order, the timeline and any development needed first.
What is the minimum order?
Orders start from 1 piece on our existing cuts, so you can test a design or restock a single size without buying a season up front. For a style developed to your own pattern, we confirm the minimum in your quote. Volume discounts apply to larger orders, and larger minimums apply to bonded or glued seams.
How long does production take?
Production takes 2.5 to 4 weeks from artwork approval, bulk orders included, plus shipping. For a new style, development and sampling come first, and we plan them in your quote. The same 2.5 to 4 weeks applies to every reorder of an approved style.
Will my reorders match my first production run?
Reorders are made from the same stored pattern, artwork and colour profiles as your approved run, so they match it as closely as sublimation allows. They take the same 2.5 to 4 weeks from artwork approval as your first order. Slight colour differences can occur because sublimation ink absorbs into the fabric.
Where is your sportswear made?
All our sportswear is made in our own factory in Aiud, Romania, in the EU. Every garment is sublimated, cut and sewn there, and there are no partner factories. Your pattern, artwork and colour references stay in that one factory for every run.
