We Produce It, Store It,
and Ship Each Order to Your Customer
You make the sale. We make the garments, keep them ready at our factory in Aiud, Romania, and pick, pack and ship each order to your customer when it comes in. Production stays on its own invoice. Storage, picking and postage are billed separately, all ex VAT.
This is for brands that want a production run (or a restock), not a consumer print-on-demand storefront. Typical print-on-demand platforms print a new piece after every order and do not warehouse goods you have already had produced.

How It Works
Produce, Store,
Pick and Ship
Four steps from your production run to each customer order, handled from our factory in Aiud, Romania.
We manufacture your custom sportswear as usual: you approve the artwork (and a sample when the style is new), then we print, cut and sew.
Finished pieces stay with us in Aiud, labelled by style, size and SKU. If you supply neck labels, polybags or inserts, we keep those too and apply them when we pack.
Your customer orders from your shop or your sales channel. You send us the order (or connect your shop) with the ship-to address and the SKUs to send.
We pick the pieces, pack them and hand them to the carrier. You are billed pick and pack plus the carrier postage at cost. Tracking is provided as standard.

These fulfillment fees are separate from garment production.

| Storage (branding materials) | €15 per month minimum | Your neck labels, polybags and inserts, stored with us to pack on demand. |
| Long-term storage | €0.30 per piece per month | Applies to pieces that have been in stock 90 days or more. |
| Inbound receiving | €8.00 per carton, or €0.12 per unit if loose | Waived when we made the goods and they stay in Aiud after sewing. |
| Pick and pack (first item) | €2.50 per order | Includes fold, a standard polybag and a packing slip. |
| Extra item | €0.50 per additional unit | Same order, same parcel when possible. |
| Volume pick (500+ orders/month) | €2.20 first item | For growing order volume. |
| Volume pick (1,500+ orders/month) | €1.90 first item | For higher monthly volume. |
| Branded insert | €0.40 per insert | You supply the inserts; we add one when packing. |
| Your polybag or neck label | Included | No extra charge if it is already on the garment or applied at production. |
| Returns processing | €1.50 per return | We open, inspect and restock or quarantine the piece. |
| Stock removal or disposal | €0.30 per piece | Minimum €25 per outbound shipment or disposal job. |
| Monthly account minimum | €75 per brand per month | Waived when storage and picks already exceed €75 that month. |
