   Registered in Romania.
   Manufacturing and services are provided to business clients only.
2. Scope
   These terms apply to all visitors users and clients of the website and services.
   By accessing the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
3. Services
   Sportswear of Tomorrow provides custom sportswear manufacturing product development on demand production and related services.
   All services are B2B only.
   No consumer sales are offered.
4. Quotations and orders
   All quotations are non binding until confirmed in writing.
   Orders are binding only after written confirmation and receipt of any required deposit.
   Specifications approved by the client are final.
5. Production and delivery
   Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
   Delays caused by force majeure suppliers transport or client changes are not grounds for cancellation or compensation.
6. Intellectual property
   All designs files patterns and materials supplied by the client remain the client’s responsibility.
   The client confirms they own or are licensed to use all submitted content.
   Sportswear of Tomorrow is not liable for IP violations caused by client supplied materials.
7. Limitation of liability
   Liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.
   Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
   No liability is accepted for business loss loss of profit or reputational damage.
8. Payments
   Payment terms are specified per quotation.
   Production may be paused if payments are overdue.
9. Governing law
   Romanian law applies.
   Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
