From Idea to Production-Ready
in 6 Steps
Whether you start from a detailed techpack or a reference garment, our development process takes you from concept through to a graded, production-ready pattern — with a physical sample in your hands before a single unit goes into production.
Send us your techpack, reference samples, or concept. The more detail, the better — but we can work with whatever you have.
Our R&D team reviews your brief, asks any questions, and sends you a proforma invoice to book your project slot.
We develop the base pattern in your base size, incorporating your specifications, fabric choices, and construction details.
A physical sample is produced in the base size and shipped to you within the EU so you can fit, test, and review it in person.
You feedback on the sample. We make approved changes, then grade the pattern across your full size range (up to 7 sizes).
Your production-ready pattern is locked in and stored on our servers. You’re ready to place your first production run.

Additional samples beyond the base sample are priced at 3× the production unit price + shipping. These are useful for sales presentations, wholesale buyers, or fitting multiple team members.
Starting Without a Techpack
Don’t Have a Techpack?
Start With a Sample Instead.
A techpack is the ideal starting point — but it’s not a requirement. Many brands come to us with a garment they love and simply want to recreate or improve it. That’s completely fine.
The best approach is to send us 2–3 pieces of the same style in consecutive sizes (e.g. Small, Medium, Large). This gives our pattern makers the reference points they need to develop an accurate base pattern and grade correctly.
Important Note
Development costs are not 100% refundable after the project has started. Should you cancel mid-development, you can obtain the produced patterns according to our project pricelist. See full terms →
