Sportswear of Tomorrow is a sportswear manufacturer for brands. Our production facility is based in Romania, Europe. Leadership is Belgian/Romanian. We do not produce for teams or end-customers. We have a standard range of products from which brands can choose and which they can customize with their logo and sublimation print, or, we develop products based on techpacks or samples.
Yes, Sportswear of Tomorrow has its own production facility but also outsources work to factories in the region in case of work overload. Our specialty is in more complex, technologically advanced products. However, we also produce rather easy-to-produce garments, which we sometimes outsource to partner factories, which we trained to produce to our quality expectations.
The MOQ (minimum order quantity) depends on the supplier and the article you choose. Also, if you require custom color dying, the MOQ is higher than when you pick a color from the standard color range that the supplier may have on stock. Here is an article on MOQ’s with us: https://www.sportswearoftomorrow.com/what-are-our-minimum-order-quantities-at-sportswear-of-tomorrow/
Budget friendly is something we are are not sure we can assist with, as we produce premium apparel for leading brands in cycling and other sports, always with EU sourced fabrics and trims. That is -unfortunately- not cheap. Please bear this in mind. Also, if we want to keep manufacturing in Europe, brands should know cheap manufacturing is no longer available.
Production usually goes very fast, once the fabrics and trims are sourced and available with us. We talk about 2.5-4 weeks production time from the moment we get your order and payment. We can also deliver quicker, should there be need. Development time takes longer and typically takes around 6-7 weeks.
We can apply the heat transfers, but you have to source them from a company we often work with, called RESIZE MEDIA in Cluj Napoca. Once you have agreed everything with them, they will manufacture the labels and ship them to us. We do not produce labels. Same goes for packaging.
