Minimum order quantities at Sportswear of Tomorrow

One of the most frequently asked questions we receive is: What are your MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities)?

There is no single answer, as it depends on the specific product, fabric, and production method. At Sportswear of Tomorrow, we offer flexibility and can work based on your tech pack, samples, or our existing product range.

General MOQ Guidelines:

1. Custom Sublimation Printing with Specially Ordered Fabrics:
   • If we need to purchase specific fabric for your order, you must consume the full quantity we order within a reasonable timeframe.
   • We will define the consumption timeline in a contract.
   • If the fabric is not used within the agreed period, we will invoice you for the remaining fabric, with a 15% margin.
     
2. Pre-Dyed Fabrics from Fabric Suppliers:
   • You are required to purchase the entire fabric batch in your first order.
   • You will handle communication with the fabric mills regarding lab dips, pricing, and other details.
   • We will only purchase the fabric batch after we issue an invoice, which must be settled before procurement.
     
3. White Fabrics from Our Stock:
   • MOQ can be as low as 1 piece, depending on the complexity of the style.
   • For simpler styles, MOQ could be 1 piece.
   • For more complex garments, MOQ typically ranges between 50-100 pieces per style.
     
4. Existing Developed Products (No Pattern or Fabric Changes):
   • MOQ is 1 piece.

To receive an accurate quote, please provide:
✔ A detailed tech pack
✔ MOQ details from your fabric supplier (if applicable)
